What do you mean by "installed the cert to the Secure type area and Signer CA"? Where do I get the cert and Signer CA?

Here are instructions I copied and pasted from an email to someone else, there were pictures as well but I didn't upload them and copy them in. Let me know if you run into any issues.
1.Chromeor firefox is required, IE would not allow me to export the certificate.
2. Headto the IP address of the ASA,https://x.x.x.xin Chrome or Firefox
3.You’llbe prompted about an invalid certificate, click ‘Proceed anyway’
4.Nowat the top at the address...
