Cisco ASDM blocked by Java?

I have had this. Go to the ASA's web page. Install the certificate in your trusted root. Re try the ASDM and then it works. This is what I did and it worked for me without downgrading Java....

I had the same problem . The fix was to open Configure Java, go under Security and add the website(IP address) to the Exception Site List.Thanks,

My work around had me go into Java and drop the security level to minimum.  Once the ASDM was up, I restored the security to its previous setting.
